As promised, the running week in review. And WOW. Mileage is WAY higher than I thought it would be. I didn’t take a rest day this week OR an XT day which compounds it. I guess I never really ever look at the week as a whole as well and just go day by day. I thought I was in the upper 40s / low 50s! My legs aren’t feeling terrible but it definitely pinpoints the high mileage as a root of my lethargy and crankiness; there’s something to be said about my ignorance I suppose. This upcoming week shall be a cut back week for sure.
