So finally I did a true cutback week. At least mileage wise. I did do a tempo run this week but I’m mostly concerned with the miles I’m putting on my legs so I’m very happy that I finally was able to cut down. I think this had to do with 1) MCAT = over 2) my family went on vacation and I didn’t. I’m ready to ramp up the training intensity over the next few weeks before labor day comes and brings with it the half marathon that I have yet to sign up for but will (probably) ultimately do.
