Back to higher mileage this week. My overall pace is totally inflated with all the miles at the beginning of the week being in NH and those killer hills. I guess the miles mid-week that were faster didn’t really off-set the hilly (and slow) ones. Overall I’m really happy with how this week went. I got a TRUE hill workout, a TRUE long run and at least one tempo-esque run (fast but not quite at tempo yet). All in all a good week even if the data doesn’t really show it that well.
