Ok, so actually my miles weren’t as bad as I anticipated. Definitely on the high side but that’s what I get when I combine no rest day + only one run below 8 miles. Happy with the lifting twice this week, I can see this becoming a routine as I’ve allotted it time in my schedule already. Not much else to say about this week of running, as thinking about it more has me feeling a wee bit guilty about overriding my conscience about taking it easy which is reflected in a slower-than-usual pace despite having a solid speed workout in there.
