XT: ONCE. Heh. Last week I said that I was going to cut this section of the recap out because it was never used.
Wow, my overall pace was fast for this week. Very exciting! I definitely reaped the benefits on a fast 10k for extra days, plus a fast interval session and fast long run. Definitely happy about that, a little bummed about the mileage, if I had calculated this Saturday I might have done 4 Sunday to make it an even 50 but 46 miles is stellar for not being in training for anything. Plus I’m happy that I finally got in an XT session.
Awesome week! Cool that you got in a full XT, 5 days of core and still maintained all that speed!

Awesome mileage – don’t fret those 4 miles…way more than me! I was wondering if you were training for anything or not, but you said no? Oh and your sooo right about Cheerios – love them all – especially Honey Nut (love that little bee):)
