Heh, I almost typed circus there 😉
For days that I don’t want to (or can’t make it) to the gym I do a circuit. It typically lasts about 30-45 mins (depending on how much dillydallying I choose to do between sets).
Circuit A. To be done 3 times. Each exercise is done :45 the first time, :35 then :25. Between each circuit rest 2-3 minutes depending on how you feel.
- Bear Pushups
- Calf Raises
I do have other variations this circuit, mostly substituting different ab exercises in (flutter kicks, scissors, leg lifts etc.) I usually don’t use dumbbells because I don’t really do this stuff at the actual gym — mostly in my dorm room — but you totally could if you wanted to.
