My miles were down from last week but still (I think) on the high side. I was on track for a low 40s week but stress at one of my jobs pushed me to run an extra run on Saturday. A lot of my runs were slower than usual, and they weren’t the 5am ones! I’m not sure what that says about my legs (or my mentality when running). Overall I’m not sure how much better / rested my legs feel after the cutback week. I also didn’t get that much sleep this past week so I’m sure that influenced my muscles in some capacity.
Hopefully my computer returns to me today and I can put some thought into typing out a weekend recap of sorts rather than a fly-by-posting on an old bad computer.
